Webshop Trustmark : an independent quality mark

Unlike other quality labels, Webshop Trustmark is independent. All member webshops aim to protect consumer's interests.

In order to ensure this independence, management of the quality label is by the Webshop Trustmark. The Webshop Trustmark members must comply with the national and European legislation and regulations, and also with the Trustmark's Code of conduct. Webshop Trustmark also aims to improve consumer confidence towards shopping via the internet, by telephone, catalogue and mail order.
